SalaryAn excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, focused and dedicated person to fill the role of Recruitment Consultant within our Leppington office.
You will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of blue-collar roles.
- Managing the recruitment onboarding process for new starters
- Carrying out Face to Face Interviews
- Database and Roster management
- Daily candidate and client interaction
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Championing a safety culture
- Posting job ads
- Partnering with clients to provide effective recruitment solutions.
To be considered for this role; you will need to demonstrate:
- Minimum 6 months experience in the recruitment industry, as well as an extensive admin background
- Ability to build remarkable rapport with clients and candidates.
- Commitment to first class customer service
- Fast Track 360 CRM experience highly desirable but not essential
- Superior time management ability
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively manage conflicting priorities
