As a 360 Recruiter at Barclay, you are responsible for the sales strategy of your desk. However, to avoid the usual peaks and troughs that can occur in recruitment, we provide you with comprehensive support to execute this strategy. Our skilled Business Development Representatives will call and set up appointments for you, while a Business Development Manager assists with client visits, negotiating fees and more. Your role is to support them by providing the contacts and clients you want to work with.
