- End to end recruitment - screen applicant resumes and manage talent pools accordingly
- Maintaining and updating databases including confidential employee details, tickets, qualifications, and more
- Source suitable candidates to meet client needs
- Reference checking
- Arrange interviews for clients and candidates to meet client demands
- Conduct telephone screening and face to face interviews
- General adhoc office duties
- Laptop and work phone supplied
- Demonstrated skills and experience in recruitment, sales, or human resources (highly regarded)
- Strong communication abilities to both internal and external stakeholders
- Relationship building skills
- Excellent computer skills - MS office and outlook
- Experience using JobAdder platform or other CRM is highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
