The ideal candidate will be able to offer a long term commitment in a permanent, full time capacity.
Your role will be to advertise for and recruit healthcare staff for roles in rural and remote Australia. You will work autonomously with your own portfolio of healthcare staff to credential them to our high standards, identify suitable career opportunities for them, share helpful tips for successful recruitment and celebrate their career victories.
Your key attributes:
- Ability to operate in a high energy and dynamic team environment
- Confident working towards KPIs
- Able to work independently with your own portfolio of healthcare staff
- High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to adapt to other IT systems
- Organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- A ‘can do’, positive attitude and a great sense of humour
