What is the role?
We are looking for a tech-savvy Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team.
The role supports the New Business Manager in delivering the strategic objectives of the partners and leadership team.
The role would suit an aspiring Marketing and business development professional who has completed or may still be undertaking relevant studies.
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in junior or executive support role in a professional services environment.
- Practical experience in providing an elevated level of organisation and coordination for events, including preparation and management of invitations.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Graphic Design exposure. Experience working with Canva or similar is preferred.
- Digital Marketing and social media campaigns
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisation and time management skills
- The ability to quickly adapt to latest programs and online platforms.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Management of all internal and external client and staff events
- Management of communications and social media campaigns
- Website management
- Digital marketing content creation
- CRM database management
- General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to support the business development initiatives of the firm
- Development of SEO content to align with digital strategies.
- New client qualification
- Brand management including merchandise.
