We are a specialist recruitment agency focused on skilled and semi-skilled blue-collar recruitment, predominately in trades. Established in November 2015, RPR Trades has enjoyed tremendous growth, which has seen us expand into Sydney, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast, this is in addition to the founding Branch and Corporate Office in Brisbane.

Requirements of the role:
- Blue collar labour hire experience is desirable but not essential.
- Develop and nurture strong, and long-lasting relationships that build "candidate communities" in your area of specialisation.
- Establish and maintain a renowned personal brand as a "Trades" specialist, attracting quality candidates for positions such as; Electricians, Boilermakers, Maintenance Fitters, Welders, Trades Assistants, Construction Workers, Plant Operators etc.
- Use creative and innovative techniques to source the best candidates in the market.
- Undertake thorough and professional interviews and complete high-quality reference checks. We are not just here to tick a box.
- Attend client site visits and coordinate on-site candidate inductions.
- Ability and drive to assist with account management.
- Strong administrative skills to optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
