We are seeking a professional, experienced Consultant to work with us.
Our General Manager has been in the industry for over 30 years and she gets it! You’ll have the freedom to work without micro management - the only KPI’s we care about are results and ensuring continued client / candidate satisfaction.
A typical WFH day starts with ensuring our day shift staff have arrived safely on-site at 6am, filling in any last minute cancellations / additional vacancies, dealing with general client / candidate issues throughout the day, ensuring afternoon shift staff have arrived safely on-site at 2pm and filling rosters for the following day.
You will also be required to attend our client sites 1-2 days a week, located in South West Sydney, for inductions / interviews and client / candidate liaison.
About the Role:
- Daily phone calls to candidates & clients
- Database searches
- Reference checking
- Ad writing
- Screening & shortlisting applicants
- On-site interviews & inductions
- Reference checking
- VEVO checking
- Compliance with FairWork & SafeWork NSW standards
- Filling all job vacancies; including daily rosters
- Ensuring our candidate attraction is always sufficient to our client needs
- Client liaison
