An opportunity has become available for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our small but highly driven People & Culture team. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, a true passion for all things people and is hoping to become the next big thing. Concentrating on recruitment at all levels of the business, you will team with two Business Partners to assist in executing our People Plan. This role is a fulltime 6-month contract with opportunity to extend.

What You'll Do:
- Partner with leaders at all levels to assist in formulating and executing recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent in a range of exciting blue collar/white collar roles across our business.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to identify the perfect fit, regardless of location.
- Negotiate competitive offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience, even for remote hires.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates across the country, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Exceed targets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
You're a Perfect Match if You:
- Have 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, ideally with national recruitment experience.
- Possess a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets.
- Are a proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude and adaptable work style.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Are comfortable with remote communication and workflows.
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
