If so, we invite you to apply for the role of Organisational Development Consultant at the University of Wollongong (UOW), based within the People & Culture Division.About the RoleAs an Organisational Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the professional and leadership capabilities of UOW's workforce. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Talent & Organisational Development, you will design, implement, and evaluate a range of best practice Organisational Development initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth. Your work will support UOW's strategic objectives, ensuring our staff are equipped to thrive in a complex and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create innovative learning and development solutions tailored to various learning preferences, including e-learning, workshops, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Facilitation and Delivery: Conduct engaging workshops, programs, and team interventions that build professional and leadership capabilities.
  • Needs Identification: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and align them with UOW's strategic goals using OD diagnostics and assessments.
  • Performance & Development: Support the integration of performance and development cycle activities, ensuring alignment with UOW objectives through capability building and leveraging HCM functionality.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Apply metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of OD initiatives, using data-driven insights to improve solutions.

About You:You have a relevant degree or equivalent experience in learning and development or organistional development. You possess a proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D or OD initiatives. Your skills in facilitation, communication, coaching, and collaboration are exceptional. You are adept at managing multiple projects, meeting competing priorities, and tight deadlines. You are knowledgeable about diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias in leadership development.
