Two of our fabulous team members are embarking on life changing, passport stamping adventures, which has created opportunity for self-motivated and customer-centric Recruitment Consultants / Account Managers to join us in the Newcastle office. As a passionate and deeply curious Consultant, you will demonstrate the desire to truly connect with both clients and candidates, be proactive in your approach to account management and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Drawing on your experience supporting a portfolio of clients within the civil construction or trade/industrial space, you will:Support the end-to-end recruitment process. Manage the on-boarding and mobilisation of candidates. Ensure daily safety management and communication onsite.
Manage performance and attendance for your temporary workforce. Maintain and utilise recruitment systems ensuring data integrity and system compliance. Ideally, the successful candidate will:Have significant experience supporting recruitment within a fast-paced civil or trade/industrial recruitment environment.
Apply a mature approach to managing a portfolio of clients with proven experience in building and maintaining collaborative client relationships and influencing best practice outcomes.Actively engage and collaborate with your teammates to foster a positive culture. Have a detailed understanding of best practice recruitment methodology, systems and processes. Possess Safety Management and Industrial Relations experience.
