About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Account Manager based in our Smithfield Office to spearhead client relationship management, focusing on Blue collar verticals such as Warehousing Logistics and Transport. This vital role encompasses both contract and permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster client relationships, ensuring the company's continued support to key stakeholders
- Lead the recruitment process end-to-end, aligning client needs with the best talent
- Actively participate in and contribute to the company's growth initiatives and team projects
- Supported by candidate mangers to assist with the facilitation of the recruitment process
About you:
- Strong background in recruitment, Blue Collar sector is advantageous but not essential
- Exceptional communication, client management, and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- You are hungry to succeed and want to become the next million-dollar biller!
- Experience in high volume and contract, temp work is advantageous
- Self-driven individual who is process oriented and proactive
