Payroll & Hris Manager

This organisation is truly an international FMCG powerhouse. Their brand is instantly recognisable around the world and opportunities to join are at a premium. This is a rare opening for a Payroll & HRIS Manager to manage a relationship with an outsourced payroll provider, and own the HRIS system for the Australian business.

The Role

• Liaise with outsourced payroll provider for the preparation and processing of payroll for permanent and casual employees, across monthly and fortnightly pay runs (approx. 350 employees in total) and updating on new starters and terminations
• Support HR Manager with creating monthly HR metric reporting
• Manage HRIS system upgrades and future projects for the business
• Be the face of payroll by being the main point of contact for all payroll related queries including the ESS tool
• Support the annual pay review process and act as a member of the Superannuation Committee

Your Experience

• Previous experience working with an outsourced payroll provider and if that provider has been ADP, even better
• Experience using SAP HRIS is strongly desirable
• You have operated successfully in large and complex organisations where you have interpreted Awards/EAs
• You bring a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to engage with all levels of the business including developing strong relationships with HR professionals, Finance, and international stakeholders
