The Opportunity - Full Time
An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our digital performance team to support Greenstone and its wider group of companies.
Reporting to the Digital Performance Manager - Marketing Automation, this role is perfect for someone looking to deepen their knowledge of trigger-based email and SMS marketing within a global corporate setting.
This position offers a unique blend of creative and analytical responsibilities, allowing you to support compelling email and SMS strategies and analyse the data to enhance campaign effectiveness, and contribute to informed decision-making.
What are we looking for?
- Experience implementing email marketing campaigns (client side, agency, or email service provider)
- Exposure to marketing automation tools, including but not restricted to Hubspot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Demonstrated ability in assisting with the execution of various email and SMS marketing initiatives and metrics
- Demonstrated ability in monitoring campaign results, analysing key metrics, and suggesting changes that will optimise delivery rates, open rates, click-through and conversion rates
- A passion for driving results through cross-functional collaboration
- A strategic and creative thinker who contributes to crafting compelling copy and helps generate fresh ideas
- Strong project management skills, including task prioritisation, setting timelines, tracking progress and deadline adherence
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment across multiple brands and products
- A passion for learning and growing within the Digital Marketing space, and new developments in this area
