Ideally, you will have worked in medical/healthcare recruitment and have at least 12 months of experience, we are however open to seeing candidates from any white-collar background with 360 recruitment experience.
You will be/have:
- 360 Recruitment experience
- An eye for detail; know how to work and think outside of the box
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- You must be self-confident and want to own your client and candidate relationships
