We wouldn't be able to continually improve and grow as a company without our diverse and exceptional team.About the roleAs a Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead, you will be responsible for optimising the conversion funnel and driving improvements in user experience to maximise the conversion rate across our digital platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, design, product and development teams to analyse user behaviour, identify conversion barriers, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the overall performance of our digital products.In this role, you will play a pivotal part in understanding our customers, identifying opportunities, conceptualizing and validating solutions, and driving their growth into increased revenue streams. - Conduct thorough analysis of website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion funnels using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Identify key performance metrics and develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of conversion optimisation efforts.
- Perform A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methods to validate hypotheses and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRO strategies, including landing page optimisation, user flow enhancements, and checkout process optimisation.
- Present findings, results, and insights back to executive team and wider business
- Utilise qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user surveys, heatmaps, and session recordings, to gain insights into user preferences and pain points.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversion Rate Optimisation, user experience design, and digital marketing.
