Clean Power Australia is looking for a pro-active, Internal Recruitment Consultant who will build the talent pool, cement processes and keep on top of a fast-paced ever growing business!
Clean Power Australia is a Top 20 by Volume Solar Retailer based in NSW, QLD, and ACT. Our product is primarily an energy renewal brand, removing barriers to adopting solar to enable the mass implementation of solar panels, inverters, and batteries. Our solutions allow homeowners and businesses to save costs on their energy bills and make a sustainable contribution to the environment!
MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
You will collaborate with the Operations & Sales Directors on talent acquisition executing a best-practice strategic sourcing & hiring approach. Your flexibility and growth mindset will be highly regarded in a fast-paced environment! Your day to day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees, this includes; Advertising, screening of resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordination of the pre-employment checks.
- Coordinating the onboarding process including preparing letters of offer, assisting with mobilisation of employees to site and coordinating of induction processes.
- Using platforms such as Seek or Linkedin to actively source candidates.
- Create and maintain a talent pool.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future resourcing needs.
- Establish & implement HR systems, processes and procedures.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal Recruitment Consultant candidate will be a passionate people person, experienced in leading best practice hiring methodologies. You will also have:
- 3+ years recruitment/HR experience.
- Experience in the Construction or Sales industry.
- Strong interpersonal/verbal communication skills – must be able to establish relationships and communicate effectively at all levels involved on and off-site.
- Professional standards and an appreciation for confidentiality.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills.
- monday.com experience is preferable, but not essential.
