E4 Recruitment is GROWING and we’re on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team!

Healthcare is one of the most reliable and lucrative markets. At a time where we have a significant amount of work from our established clients, we are looking for driven and hard-working individuals to join our team and support our continued growth and quality of service delivery. 

You’ll be joining a team of high achievers who aim to smash their goals, deliver the best experience possible for our candidates and clients, and have fun along the way!

You’ll be responsible for:
- Sourcing and engaging with candidates across various channels.
- Building relationships and expanding our existing accounts, as well as market mapping to identify opportunities and win new business.
- Release job postings and marketing material on recruitment platforms, social media and job boards.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process relevant to your desk.
- Effectively manage data in our ATS, adhere to compliance procedures and activity KPI’s set by your leader.

You will have the opportunity to join either a permanent, contract or temp agency desk with hundreds of clients and candidates ready to call to hit the ground running!

Who are we looking for?
You’re someone who has at least 6 months of recruitment experience within an agency with a proven track record in successfully sourcing and placing candidates. You’re financially driven, hungry for career growth and you’re in recruitment for the long haul.

Sales is in your DNA – you don’t shy away from negotiating, love working in a fast paced environment and working towards targets excite you. People say you have a relationships-first approach - you’re always networking to open up new opportunities for yourself and the team and delivering on your promises is very important to you. You’re a true self-starter and have a strong growth mindset, thinking creatively to get the best outcomes.
