Your mission, should you choose to accept:
- Matchmaking the best candidates to equally outstanding clients
- You’ll be in a fast-paced environment and challenging yourself daily
- Growing the business, you’ll approach clients across all industries building a partnership and top-quality customer service (you’ll have to be comfortable picking up the phone, unfortunately a txt wont do)
- Client visits: you’ll need to be on the road, visiting your amazing clients, building the best relationships.
What you can provide during those missions:
- Master of persuasion, using your sales skills to convince both candidates;
- Attention to detail: written and verbal communication is key
- Resilience: be able to continue working through challenges
- Challenger: bring you competitive nature; you’ll have to be quick to place candidates
- Organised maestro: keep yourself accountable and minimise that paper on your desk
