- $65, 000 - $70, 000 + super + commission (upwards of $110, 000 for OTE)
- Remote + Office (flexible)
- Preferably based in Sydney but will consider applications from other parts of Australia
- You will join a hot desk with established client relationships, providing 360 recruitment in Early Years Education, School Services, and OSHC
- Intensive training provided
- Phone and laptop provided
- You will be joining a small boutique recruitment agency
- Leading and managing the Early Childhood and Outside School Hours Care desk
- Sourcing candidates against job briefs and client requirements
- Screening candidates
- Interviewing prospective candidates
- Managing and leading client relationships
- Managing the 360-recruitment process for allocated jobs
- Attending client meetings
- Managing quality and compliance against recruitment
- Business Development will be part of the position
- Recruitment experience is a requirement for this position
- Passion for best outcomes for children
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confident in making phone calls
- Good time management skills
- Working with Children Check is a requirement of this position
