Duties:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment of vacancies for an assigned portfolio
Business Development and building relationships with Managers to advise and inform on market conditions and best practice recruitment
Collaborating with HR Business Partners on workforce planning initiatives
Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, Linkedin and job boards to attract talent
Writing job adverts, assessing applications, conducting interviews, coordinating pre-employment checks
Preparing contract and onboarding documentation
What We Are Looking For:
Min 2 Years Recruitment Experience.
A thorough understanding of the 360 recruitment role
A degree level qualification
Ambition, drive and the desire to develop your career
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good organizational and administrative skills
Proactive approach and a positive attitude
