City of Ryde has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Engineer to join our City Fabric Department based at North Ryde. Working as part of the strategic infrastructure planning team you will be involved in planning for and providing input in Council's provision for future infrastructure in line with population growth and development, long term financial planning, and strategic infrastructure programs.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your engineering and strategic planning knowledge in a role that has professional challenge and satisfaction whilst gaining exposure to a wide range of asset management and engineering practices within the City Shaping Portfolio.About You
  • Degree level qualifications in Civil Engineering or extensive experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure planning, management, and lifecycle modelling.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning of infrastructure for precinct planning and masterplans.
  • Experience in asset management and planning, including use of strategic asset management systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to relate well to internal and external clients and the ability to write analytical and logical reports drawing justified conclusions.
Your commencing annual salary will range from $115,985 + superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications.Culture & Benefits
