About the role
Our Renewable Energy division has experienced remarkable success across Wind, Battery, Hydrogen, Pumped Hydro, Biofuels, Solar and Clean Technology. Now it's your turn to join the team and support the future success of the division.
As a key player in our strategic growth plans, you'll not only deliver exceptional service and results but also support the expansion of existing client relationships, foster new connections, and facilitate the growth of our contractor workforce. You will influence sales outcomes and elevate our client & candidate satisfaction.
About you
- 2+ years in heavy industry or technical recruitment, with exposure the Renewables looked upon favourably
- Well-developed emotional intelligence, self-awareness, empathy, and humility
- Fearless and proactive, with a "go-out-and-get-em" mentality
- A collaborative team player who values respect, trust, and care for one another
- committed to growth and development, both professionally and personally
- Comfortable operating at the edge of your comfort zone
- Results-driven, taking ownership of your deliverables and consistently striving for high performance, absolute quality, and success.
