This position is a full-time, permanent position available for a Recruitment Consultant at Tink Recruitment, which is located 46A Macleay Street Potts Point NSW 2011.
Your duties:
Managing Talent Acquisition: Streamlining the advertising, interviewing, and assessment of job candidates for various roles.
Facilitating Onboarding and Information Dissemination: Introducing new employees to all workplace staff, and delivering insights on employment terms and growth prospects.
Maintaining HR Information Systems:Ensuring the accurate upkeep of personnel records
Collaborating with Employers and Job Seekers: Collecting and recording job vacancy particulars from employers, sharing pertinent information with potential candidates and employers.
Workplace Relations Advisory: Reporting back to directors on workplace policies and performance of staff
Crafting Workplace Agreements:Creating promotional incentives for staff for wages based on productivity
Liaising with directors to ensure policies are in place to support workers.
Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Engaging in negotiations over employment terms, mediating disputes, and grievances to resolution.
Interpreting Employment Frameworks: Analysing legislation, awards, agreements, contracts, and wage systems for comprehension and application.
Supervising Collaborative Initiatives: Ensure that workplace is a harmonious environment by ensuring all staff and employees are participating
About you:
The successful candidate will five years or more experience as a Recruitment Consultant
Impeccable presentation and confident communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive and resourceful approach to cold-calling potential candidates
