Job Description: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Conducting site visits, site safety assessments, presenting safety talks to employees
- Assisting with general inquiries from positions to payroll
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
