The Role:
We are seeking a high-quality Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially savvy professional with strong business acumen and the ability to ask tough questions and probe deeply to find the best talent. As a 180-degree Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement. Your role will be pivotal in helping individuals find their ideal work environment and assisting companies in building their perfect teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage exclusive job assignments with a focus on finding the RIGHT candidate.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Align candidates' skills and experience with client needs and company culture.
- Deliver excellent account management and customer service.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Utilize advanced communication and computer technology skills to manage recruitment processes efficiently.

Qualifications:
- At least 15 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or human resources in a B2B environment.
