We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our operations team at our office in Arndell Park.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Screening resumes & booking interviews
- Interviewing candidates
- Conduct reference and VEVO checks
- Organise pre-employment medicals and inductions
- Complete client orders by placing suitable candidates in available positions
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming calls
- General administration
The ideal candidate must have the following qualities and experience:
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Must have previous recruitment industry experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent customer service
- Bullhorn CRM experience preferred but not essential
- Intermediate computer and MS office skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
- Able to work independently & in a team environment.
