📍 COMMENCEMENT - Immediate Start
📍 LOCATION - Dajwood Pty Ltd Office | 19 Knobels Road, Farleigh
📍 ROSTER - Monday to Friday (Full Time) | 08:00am - 05:00pm
The role and responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
- Update and track applicants through our specialised database system
- Advertising vacancies on social media platforms and website to locate suitable applicants
- Coordinating the recruitment process of new applicants, including phone screenings, checking of references, interviewing and onboarding
- Working one on one with Senior Staff, Directors, and Client
- Filing, scanning & printing, greeting customers & answer phone calls
The successful applicant will require the following characteristics:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Work unsupervised
- Be able to multitask and prioritize
- Be well presented and have a high level of communication skill to be able to deal with both internal and external customers
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & Access would be a preference)
- Prior experience not required; on the job training will be provided
