The Opportunity
This is a seven-month fixed term contract opportunity reporting to the Senior Manager People and Culture. As a part of the People & Culture team, you will be working to deliver our recruitment strategy with a primary focus on creating a high performing, inclusive and positive workforce through efficiently managing recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include efficiently coordinating recruitment processes, managing onboarding initiatives, scheduling interviews, interacting with candidates, delivering exception candidate experience, and collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders.
The work schedule for this role is flexible, 22.5 hours per week required with a desired availability on Mondays. The remuneration is pro rata to the advertised amount.

You are someone who brings a people-first perspective and exposure to recruitment or HR systems. You would take pleasure in working in a collaborative team setting. You are detail-oriented, enjoy taking the initiative, can communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, and are capable of upholding confidentiality and integrity in your job.
