About the role
ACA have the opportunity for a RecruitmentCoordinator to join our team based in Parramatta, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for candidates and internal manager.
Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Recruitment – Advertising, Sourcing, Screening and booking interviews.
- Onboarding – Assisting managers in organising inductions and completing weekly reporting.
- Stakeholder Management – Working closely stakeholders, both internally and externally. E.g. Internal Marketing Team for marketing collateral needed, Schools and Tafes to organise Expo attendance etc.
- Administration – General admin duties including management of CRM/Database and notes.
About you
We are flexible in what we are looking for – Are you personable with strong administration skills looking for a role in Recruitment? We would be interested.
Are you an agency recruiter who isn’t keen on business development or cold calling? We would be interested.
The only key requirements for the role are:
- Communication Skills – both written and verbal. You will be writing adverts and correspondence internally & externally. You will be speaking to people on the phone and attending schools and expos.
- Motivated – We need someone who is a self starter – can see what needs to be done and does it.
- Job Advertisements – Ideally we are seeking someone with experience posting on different job platforms from Seek to LinkedIn. Strong social media skills would be beneficial.
- Attention to Detail – We need someone who has excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Current Driver's License.
- Hold a valid Working with Children's Check or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
