Our client, a global software company highly regarded as a company committed to the well being and growth and development of their staff.
As a Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for solving hiring challenges through system, data and process driven solutions. You’ll need to understand every aspect of the hiring process in order to advise others on all recruiting operation and program topics.
It’s your role to support the end-to-end hiring process, systems, programs and policies. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work and be confident when challenging convention.
You’ll partner with a core group of TA subject-matter experts to support process design and assist in project management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting end-to-end hiring systems, processes, projects, and policies.
- Ensuring superior world-class candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborating with talent partners and managers across the entire recruitment process, including interviewing.
- Driving successful social media and internal communications strategies.
- Coordinating seamless interview scheduling across global time zones.
- Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new employees.
- Managing projects and initiatives beyond HR/Talent Acquisition.
- Overseeing background checking vendors and facilitating local employment pass applications.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition or HR (4 years in similar role).
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of work and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of driving organizational change.
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience engaging with senior-level candidates.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media channels for employment branding and advertising.
