SalaryMy client is looking for a dynamic and driven individual who enjoys the responsibility of managing their own Portfolio of clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on mid-tier & corporate clients with the Director.
You will:
- Manager a portfolio of clients and ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Manage the broking activities of the Melbourne Based broking team
- Be responsible for the retention of and growth of this portfolio.
- Be a leader and have mentorship responsibilities.
- Tier 1 qualified - Broking (essential)
- Confident Broker with previous experience and knowledge in ISR and PL and working with large insurance programs.
- Highly motivated and client-focused individual
- Team Player with strong communication skills
- Eager for further learning and professional development
- Be part of a high performing and energetic team
