APG Workforce are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator based in Ingleburn.
This position offers an initial casual arrangement with the potential for permanent placement for the ideal candidate following a successful trial period. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible start times
Duties may include:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions.
- Manage the offer process and candidate records.
- Assist with general administration duties.
- Ensure new hires complete induction and onboarding.
- Support probation reviews and conduct exit interviews.
- Maintain HR records and assist with travel coordination.
- Ensure VISA compliance and policy awareness.
- Maintain HR compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on employment law changes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or business
- 1 year experience in administration and/or recruitment
- Strong people agility
- Sound knowledge of workers compensation experience in recruitment
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
- Organizational ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting.
- Effective teamwork with hiring managers and HR team.
- Attention to detail in job postings and candidate reviews.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload.
- Positive attitude in challenging situations
