The role
The Recruitment Lead will manage and oversee all employment and contractor functions for recruitment and provide strategic input for HealthBright operations. This role serves as a link between organisational management and its employees and contractors.
The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing activities such as drafting job ads and position descriptions, job redesign if required and future job needs prediction, recruitment and selection processes and workflow, onboarding materials, processes and management, employee and contractor relations, employee performance review scheduling, training, development and onboarding and talent management. They will serve to inform business operations for cohesiveness with employment law, industrial relations and other regulations as required for clinician registrations such as AHPRA, RANZCP, APS and Medicare to mitigate business workforce related risk.

About you
We’re looking for a Recruitment Leadwith demonstrated experience with:

To be eligible, we require you to have:
Bachelor degree or relevant training and education in Human Resources or similar
Proven work experience in a Recruitment Leadership role
Knowledge of industrial relations and legislative hiring requirements
Previous experience working in a healthcare, mental health or related field.
