About The Role
They are currently looking for a WHS Manager to support the delivery of the safety action plan and promote safety across the branch network. Your role will involve promoting the safety culture across the business, business partnering with leadership and developing a small team.
In addition you will:
- Role model safety leadership values and behaviours
- Drive consistency in safety across a large spread of branches across metro and regional Victoria
- Build a culture of business partnering to assist managers in fulfilling their responsibilities
- Collaborate with the operational leadership team to continue to identify risks and develop risk reduction strategies
- Lead and develop a small team to ensure consistency in delivery
- Provide risk management coaching and support to drive improved risk management practices across the site
