We are looking for a Recruitment Lead to join our Utilities team. You will provide support and will work closely with their Business Leaders and lead the Recruitment team to provide support on effective recruitment strategies, critical talent pipelining, advice on market insights & trends and manage all recruitment related matters
About the role
- Partnering with Business Leaders to determine recruitment plans and execute a best practise sourcing strategy for critical/complex roles
- Provide support into the tender process and mobilisation of large diverse projects
- Lead, coach and develop the Recruitment Business Partners
- Work across the full recruitment process for senior level, or tough to fill positions.
What are we looking for you to bring to the team
- Previous experience in leading, coaching and managing a team
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated strategic talent management experience in a complex business with strong experience in developing talent pools
- Experience working within recruitment systems (Taleo preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
