As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing recruitment strategies for our venues. You will recruit all levels from management positions to line staff from Front and back-of-house roles to our Head office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies existing & new ventures
- Recruitment for all levels of hospitality for our venues.
- Plan and execute hiring strategy prior to venue opening.
- Drive talent search for all positions within The Apollo Group
- Establish and maintain a group-wide recruitment timeline
- Foster relationships with external recruiters
- Post job ads and collaborate with venue hiring managers
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
Requirements:
- Preferably have experience in the hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Strong network and knowledge of the Sydney restaurant market.
- Proven track record in creating recruitment strategies for new openings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven individual who can seamlessly integrate into our team
- Demonstrated ability to attract top talent and increase application numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
