Our client
Our client is a national provider of supply chain and procurement talent in Australia. Headed by a well respected industry expert, they have developed a unique talent pooling process which means they are quick to market, and have built a strong loyal client base from quality, fast placement services. With the demand in the local market always increasing, it warrants a Manager to join the Sydney team to focus on supply chain.
The role
This role is to spearhead their Sydney supply chain capability, from leading by example as a billing manager to hiring and supporting a team around you. The brand is well known, and clients including eviable PSAs are in place. This role is more about corralling the existing client base, delivering to their needs and then extending your capability by hiring 1-2 consultants quickly around you.
Who you will be
We are very open to you having moved client side and wanting to return to agency, or someone ready to take that step up to leading a business. You will have extensive recruitment experience, preferably in supply chain or logistics, or come from similar industries such as manufacturing and/or operations. You will be someone who respects process - this client has a unique go to market strategy that has resulted in them being a market leader and you will need to embrace this process.
The rewards
A great base is being offered for this role as is a low threshold and market commission scheme - the upside of this role is the work is there, the PSAs are in place, the candidates are talent pooled - you just need to execute and for that the staff earn well. You also get a sizeable commission percentage on each team member's success when you start to hire.
