Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for processing the day to day activities of recruitment advertising and appointment and other related recruitment functions in a timely manner to meet the expectations and requirements of WSLHD.

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated capacity to understand and interpret NSW Health Awards, agreements and policies.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use initiative, judgement and discretion in a flexible manner.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, prioritise, negotiate and organise own work taking into account the impact on other to achieve results and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level customer service for a broad range of clients whilst maintaining confidentiality and compliance to awards and policies.
- Confidence in your ability to work both independently and collaboratively and effectively with a team that services a wide and varied client base.
- Demonstrated well developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate all internal and external WSLHD recruitment stakeholders.
