About the Role:
As APS5 level Program Support, you'll work under limited supervision, handling moderately complex to complex tasks. Your responsibilities will span across various programs, including system and people performance, financial management, and change management.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical expertise across programs, ensuring alignment with legislation and policy.
- Coordinating data and drafting high-level communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining understanding of statutory and policy frameworks to support innovative solutions.
- Collating and auditing workforce planning data, contributing to quality and efficiency improvements.

About You:
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in Program Support or similar roles in Aged Care, Disability or Health sectors.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Understanding of legislative and policy frameworks
