Your new role
Hays Technology is growing our national footprint and is investing heavily in the expansion of our Technology business. To achieve our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about candidate and stakeholder relationship management and the Tech sector to join our Adelaide team.
As a Recruitment Partner, you will work alongside an experienced Account Manager to create strategic sourcing strategies and actively source candidates within the Technology space. Your day to day will involve:
- Handling the full recruitment process from shortlisting, making expert recommendations, offering the successful candidate the position and staying connected throughout the recruitment process
- Actively engaging with hiring managers to deliver their recruitment needs
- Creating and managing active sourcing strategies and talent pools within your specialised technology portfolio
- Develop and build partnerships with your candidates and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate across your local team, office, and wider Technology team.
