About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a pro-active customer focused Recruitment Resourcer to support the busy residential building job portfolio. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing all internal phone calls
- Telephone screening applicants and short listing resumes
- Participating in interviews where needed
- Pro-actively sourcing candidates through various platforms
- Managing talent pools on various platforms
- Maintaining CRM system
- Coordinating interviews and reference checking
- Managing internal meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Generating referral campaigns
- General candidate care – follow ups
- Managing company brand marketing on Linkedin
- Other marketing and sales support responsibilities
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 3 years Administration/Customer Service or Recruitment experience
- Experience in a Recruitment support role advantageous however not essential
- Residential building industry experience highly regarded
- A can do attitude towards your work
- An ability to work autonomously and be self motivated
- Honesty and a high level of integrity
- Strong customer service skills
- An ability to multi task and prioritise work load
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent presentation
- Happy to work in a small high performance team
