About the Role
You will be a skilled HRIS Administrator that will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the People & Culture (P&C) Systems (SuccessFactors & UKG) within Whitehaven Coal. You will ensure that a high level of data integrity and security is maintained at all times with key focus being on the Daunia Mine Site.
Reporting into the P&C Manager - Daunia, you will collaborate closely with P&C team, IT and the sites to ensure SuccessFactors and UKG meets the organisation's needs and objectives. Ideally you will be a local person based in the Moranbah, QLD region.What You'll DoAdminister and maintain the data within SuccessFactors and UKG e.g., all changes to organisation structure and positions, maintenance of HR master data, maintenance of Delegation of Authority (DOA) allocations and changes in consultation with Finance, management of compensation data to enable compliant payroll, regular audits and day to day maintenance of contractor records (as overflow and in consultation with HSE).
Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS system related inquiries and first level support for end-users.
Develop and maintain a set of standard HRIS business reports and establish a regular reporting cycle. Assess the value of custom reporting opportunities/requests prior to adding to the standard set, run quarterly audit of reporting approach, adjusting practices to ensure relevance and value add for the business.
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system issues, perform regular audits, and ensure data integrity and security.
Provide training and training material, draft business communication and provide support to P&C colleagues and business leaders on SuccessFactors and UKG functionalities, processes, and self-service tools.What You'll BringIdeally you will possess qualifications in HR or IT or related field
Proven experience in HRIS administration, with at least 5 years' experience with SAP Success Factors and experience in UKG Kronos would be well regarded
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and detail orientated with a focus on accuracy and data integrity,
Knowledge of HR laws, regulation and compliance requirements.
