Recruitment Resourcer
McArthur is the market leader in temporary and permanent recruitment for the Aged and Disability sector.
We have been providing specialists services and solutions to leading providers of Aged Care Services in Local Government, Not for Profit and For Profit organisations for several decades.
Due to growth, we have an opportunity for a resoiurcer to join our team. Experience within the Aged care sector will be highly regarded.
As a Recruitment Resourcer in the Aged Care Team your responsibilities include:
- Providing admin support to recruitment consultants
- Onboarding of candidates
- Communicating with candidates throughout the onboarding process
- Reference checking
- Compliance checking
- Maintaining data base
- Assist with payroll
- Ad hoc administration tasks
You will provide essential support to the recruitment team,working closely with them to ensure candidates are informed throughout the recruitment process and are placed with our clients within a timely manner.
We are looking for a team player and someone with experience and an understanding of recruitment processes.Long term career opportunities will be available for the right candidate.
We will provide full training and support to the successful candidate. McArthur enjoy long term and ongoing professional relationships with our clients and work closely with them to support their staffing requirements.

McArthur is located in contemporary new offices in Burnley. This position is a full time office based role (Monday to Friday)
