SalaryRemuneration: Estimated total remuneration up to $484,882 p.a.About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist (Psychiatrist) to join a leading healthcare provider in the Gold Coast region with team over 11,000 professionals committed to delivering world-class healthcare services to the residents of the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales.As a Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist in Adult Psychiatry, you will provide expert clinical support to Mental Health and Specialist Services. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of medical education and ensuring safe, effective, patient-centered clinical practices.About the Organisation:

- Evidence of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B required.

- MBBS or equivalent registrable with the Medical Board of Australia plus FRANZCP or equivalent acceptable to the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and registrable as a psychiatry specialist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Internationally trained candidates may require an acceptable Comparability Assessment undertaken by the appropriate Australian Specialist Medical College.
- May be required to move across three sites as per service needs.
- Required to participate in an after-hours and on call roster for the Mental Health and Specialist Services.

- Estimated total remuneration up to $484,882 p.a., including:
- Senior Staff Specialist: Base salary from $244,201 - $258,910 p.a.
- Staff Specialist: Base salary from $204,206 - $237,196 p.a.
