Recruitment Support | ASAP start | Opportunity to work in government Your new company We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Support Officer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with various recruitment tasks including posting job ads, sending letters of offer, arranging interviews, data entry, and providing ad hoc administrative support. Post job advertisements on various platforms and job boards.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and send letters of offer to successful candidates.
Assist with data entry and maintenance of recruitment databases.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in Recruitment Support or administration preferred.
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with recruitment software/tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
