As a Team Leader in our Insurance & Wealth Management team you will coordinate the delivery of recruitment services to our existing client base and collaborate with an experienced team of specialist Consultants and Resourcers. Your key responsibility will be to provide leadership to a small team whilst handling key client relationships and providing them with a seamless, 360 recruitment service. You will also be involved in the identification and attraction of new clients in collaboration with our business development and senior leadership teams.
What do you need?
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant previous Recruitment experience in the Financial Services sector
- Prior experience leading a team or an interest in stepping up into a Team Leader role
- Demonstrated success at meeting and exceeding recruitment budgets.
- Strong relationship management capability
- A responsive, flexible and adaptable approach to business
- Strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of technology and social media platforms
