Recruitment Team Manager

As part of an exciting time in the development of the company, a position is currently available for a Recruitment Team Leader to play a key role in the growth of the company's blue-collar fixed plant division. Located in the heart of Perth CBD close to public transport. 

This role will be ideal for someone who is a Senior Recruiter Specialist looking to take a step further and manage a small team of recruiters or continue and grow their Team Leader career. The recruiters that you will be assisting and managing, specialise in the fixed plant ongoing FIFO rosters.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of recruiters for fixed plant mining and manufacturing FIFO roles
• Support the team through advising on availability of roles
• Conduct weekly linkups with the team
• Run your own desk of filling and recruiting for blue-collar roles
• Conduct Business Develpoment calls to expand the cliental portal
• site visits with existing and upcoming clients
• Account management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in agency recruitment (minimum 2 years)
• Experience in managing a team of recruiters (not essential but highly desirable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude (essential)
• Career Driven
• Australian work rights and currently residing in Perth, Western Australia
