The role:
Our client is seeking a top-tier Customer Service Team Leader with experience in novated leasing or financial services to join their dynamic team. The right candidate will have excellent Customer Service skills, and be Supportive, Responsive and Act with Integrity at all times.
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage the Customer Service experience with key clients
- Assist with resolution of internal queries from the sales team
- Escalation point for any complaints/issues
- Manage 6 direct reports
- Quality assurance of customer interactions
- Onboarding new clients and training them on the employer portal
- Training, mentoring & scheduling of the team
- Thorough understanding of the implications on FBT, GST and income tax of salary packaging arrangements
- Manage other tasks such as updating vendor masterfile, BSB database etc
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and experience:
- Outstanding Customer Service skills - the customer experience must be at the centre of everything you do
- Minimum 5 years experience working in Customer Service roles
- Experience in novated leasing and salary packaging or financial services industry experience (highly desirable)
- Experience managing staff (desirable but not required)
- Excellent communication skills
- An understanding of FBT, GST and income tax would be ideal
You may be stepping up to your first Team Leader role or be someone with Team Leader experience. All candidates will be considered. Industry experience in Novated leasing and salary packaging will put you at the top of the list.
