Specifically, the Referrer Engagement representative is responsible for developing, prioritising and implementing key CRM strategies and contributing significantly to delivering the practice activity budget. Support activities include follow through on referrer contacts, tracking market trends and intelligence, reviewing key internal and external data sources, maintaining CRM tracker tools, and reporting on outcomes per initiative.This role will support all the clinics located in your cluster (Buderim, Fraser Coast including our new clinic located at Noosa, which will open in the middle of 2024.
