Your day-to-day
The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the seamless operation of the resort air conditioning and ventilation systems. In addition, all fridge/freezer operations are also to be maintained and kept operational to minimise disturbance with operations.
What we need from you
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Ideally you will have:
- Trade certificate in refrigeration (domestic and commercial) and HVAC experience
- Refrigeration gas licence, restricted electrical licence, Queensland vehicle licence and Queensland safety induction White Card
- On top of building equipment and hand tools, you will have a working knowledge of domestic and industrial plant and equipment.
- Fitness – you’ll be on your feet most of the day, and will need to bend and kneel a lot
- This role will be required you to attend after hours call outs for the repair of defective equipment
